  3.   Action Keys:

  5.   When viewing a mail item take advantage of the Action Keys as a
  6.   short-cut to reply, forward, print, and so forth.
  7.  
  8.   To use the Action Keys -
  9.  
  10.     first press down the <Alt> key and
  11.     then press the NUMBER key of the feature you want,
  12.  
  13.     1 = Reply, 2 = printOut, and so on.
  14.  
  15.     Alternatively you can use <Alt> and a LETTER, R = Reply, O=printOut, etc.

  17.   Mailing Lists:

  19.   You should create these for addresses you use often, such as a FAX
  20.   address or MCI address, not just for whole lists of addresses.
  21.   You can then select the create mail with the "Using mailing list" option.

  24.   Databank:
  25.  
  26.   You can use this to hold Rolodex(r) style address books. To put a
  27.   MCI Mail address into a databank, use the Action Key sequence and
  28.   option number <8> while viewing a mail item.

  30.   The program will then automatically Insert the address details from
  31.   your mail item directly into the databank.
  32.  
  33.   You can create as many databanks as you like to hold different groups
  34.   of addresses -  such as VENDORS, PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER, and so on.

  36.   Advanced users can also design their own databank screens using the
  37.   SCRDEF tool provided. See the TOOLS directory for some example .SCR
  38.   files and consult the manual for more details.
